Ingredients:

Chicken

Chilly powder
|
2 tsp
|
Coriander powder
|
1 and 1/2 tsp
|
Turmeric powder
|
1/2 tsp
|
Ginger garlic paste
|
1 tbsp
|
Green chilly
|
1 sliced
|
Lime juice
|
1 tbsp
|
Coconut oil
|
1 tbsp
|
Egg
|
1 (beaten)
|
Rice flour
|
2 and 1/2 tbsp
|
Salt
|
1 tsp
|
Oil for deep frying
|
Method:
- Wash chicken pieces and drain water completely
- To the cleaned chicken pieces add rice flour, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, beaten egg, coconut oil, sliced green chilly and salt
- Mix everything together
- Marinate (at least 1/2 hour)
- Heat oil in a frying pan .When hot add chicken pieces and fry on medium heat (5 to 7 min). Do not overcrowd pan
- Just 1 min before removing chicken pieces from oil increase to high heat (This makes the outer side crisp)
- Fry until golden brown. Drain the chicken pieces from oil
- Ready to serve
Notes:
- Cooking time varies depending on the size of the chicken pieces.
- Adjust chilly powder according to taste
- Pour 1/2 of beaten egg at first, check consistency (it must be thick) and then pour remaining egg if needed
