Chicken fry

Ingredients:

Chicken
½
Chilly powder
2 tsp
Coriander powder
1 and 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste
 1 tbsp
Green chilly
1 sliced
Lime juice
 1 tbsp
Coconut oil
1 tbsp
Egg
1 (beaten)
Rice flour
2 and 1/2 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
Oil for deep frying

Method:
  1. Wash chicken pieces and drain water completely
  2. To the cleaned chicken pieces add rice flour, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, beaten egg, coconut oil, sliced green chilly and salt
  3. Mix everything together
  4. Marinate (at least 1/2 hour)
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan .When hot add chicken pieces and fry on medium heat (5 to 7 min). Do not overcrowd pan
  6. Just 1 min before removing chicken pieces from oil increase to high heat (This makes the outer side crisp)
  7. Fry until golden brown. Drain the chicken pieces from oil
  8. Ready to serve

Notes:
  • Cooking time varies depending on the size of the chicken pieces.
  • Adjust chilly powder according to taste
  • Pour 1/2 of beaten egg at first, check consistency (it must be thick) and then pour remaining egg if needed
