Introduction:
Jini dosa is a popular street food from Mumbai. Jini dosa is
a fusion of south Indian Dosa and Mumbai street food. The end result of this
fusion is a yummy, crispy, tangy, spicy, cheesy dosa which everyone is sure to
fall in love with. This is a basic recipe of Jini dosa. You can recreate it
with your choice of veggies. If you add less stuffing it is easy to roll up,
but I love to load my dosa with lots of veggies and cheese ,so rolling is a bit
difficult so I just fold it or serve it like a pizza...It does not need any
accompaniments but if you want you can serve with coconut chutney…
