Ingredients:

Watermelon
|
2 cups(cubed)
|
Honey
|
2 tbsp
|
Mint leaves
|
6 to 8 leaves
|
Ginger
|
1/2 inch piece(chopped)
|
Lime juice
|
1 tbsp
|
Ice cubes
|
5 to 7
|
Garnishing:
|
|
Few mint leaves
|
Method:
- Add cubed watermelon, honey, mint leaves and ginger in a blender
- Use the pulse button to blend
- Strain using a sieve
- To the extracted juice add lime juice and ice cubes
- Mix well and garnish with mint leaves
- Ready to serve
Notes:
- You can add sugar, brown sugar instead of honey
- Do not add more ginger (the flavour may be over powering)
