Watermelon Mocktail



Introduction:
Watermelon mocktail is a refreshing and delicious drink made with watermelon, lime, ginger and cooling mint. Ready in just 5 min this nutrient rich mocktail leaves you energised and recharged. Watermelon is rich in Vitamin A, B6 and C, antioxidants and amino acids. The fruit is incredibly hydrating with up to 92 % water content and scorching summer season is the best time to indulge in this fresh and succulent fruit.

Ingredients:

Watermelon
2 cups(cubed)
Honey
2 tbsp
Mint leaves
6 to 8 leaves
Ginger
1/2 inch piece(chopped)
Lime juice
1 tbsp
Ice cubes
 5 to 7
Garnishing:

Few mint leaves


Method:
  1. Add cubed watermelon, honey, mint leaves and ginger in a blender
  2. Use the pulse button to blend
  3. Strain using a sieve
  4. To the extracted juice add lime juice and ice cubes
  5. Mix well and garnish with mint leaves
  6. Ready to serve

Notes:
  • You can add sugar, brown sugar instead of honey
  • Do not add more ginger (the flavour may be over powering)
